All About Services and Seating:
We are looking forward to welcoming you for the High Holidays this year at Ohr Kodesh Congregation! Important information about member seating, guest registration, and youth programming is below. Please note that registration is not required for members of OKC. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our staff team.
Join us for services in the Mayer & Ethel Lerner Sanctuary or via Livestream. Select services will also have an outdoor option, in the large tent in our Main Parking Lot. Seating for all services is on a first come, first served basis. In the Sanctuary, one seating section has a designated area where masks are required.
OKC Members: Seating is included for all member households of OKC. All adult members will receive a nametag that should be worn while attending High Holiday services at OKC.

Members can pick up name tags before High Holidays at the OKC administrative office, beginning Thursday, September 4, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 am - 4:00 pm on Fridays.

We will also offer some pick-up times outside of normal business hours. These will be advertised to the congregation in September. If necessary, you can also pick up your name tags at the High Holidays Registration Table when you arrive for services.

If it would cause significant difficulty for you to drop by the synagogue or to visit the High Holidays Registration Table at services, please contact Hagit Leibowitz, to make alternative arrangements.

If you have a historic seating request, or have special seating needs, please contact OKC Executive Director, Monica Saff, at msaff@ohrkodesh.org, by September 12.
Reciprocity: OKC members who plan to attend High Holiday services in another community may make a request for “membership reciprocity" by contacting Hagit Leibowitz by September 12.
Guests & Non-Members: Seats are available for purchase; please submit a request using the form below by September 12.

If you are not an OKC member, but are a member in good standing at another USCJ (United Synagogue of Conservative Judiasm) synagogue, you can request reciprocity by filling out the Reciprocity for Non-Members form below by September 12.

Guests and non-members must check in at the High Holidays Registration Table, where they will receive a name tag. Please bring a printed copy of your registration confirmation.

Please wear your name tag and be prepared to answer friendly questions about your identity while attending High Holiday services at OKC.
All About Youth Programming:
OKC offers a variety of opportunities and formats for children: babysitting for children under 2 years old, songs and play centered around the holidays for pre-kindergarteners through 4th graders, discussions and activities for 5th through 7th graders, and more.

Pre-registration is required by September 12 and space is limited!
Please note, registration for youth programming and babysitting requires a valid Ohr Kodesh online account.
If you are not affiliated with Ohr Kodesh and would like to have your child attend OKC High Holiday youth programming or babysitting, please contact Melanie Winick.
Safety, Security, and Well-being:
Our community’s safety is a top priority. A strong security presence will monitor our facility, parking lot, and surrounding area. Please wear your name tag, and please be prepared to answer friendly questions about your identity while attending High Holiday services at OKC. We also reserve the right to check bags if deemed necessary. These steps are intended to help assure the safety and security of all
Parking:
For handicap parking and other accommodations, please contact Dennis Concepcion at dconcepcion@ohrkodesh.org by September 12. We will have parking avaliable on the field behind OKC. We ask that you please be mindful of the neighbors and their driveway spaces.
Honoring Loved Ones:
Many people have the practice of making a gift of tzedakah in memory their loved one when Yizkor is recited. If you would like to do so, please click HERE.
