Letter of Reciprocity for use at Ohr Kodesh Congregation 5786

If you are a member in good standing at another USCJ (United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism) synagogue, and would like to attend services at OKC, please fill out this form.

OKC members who plan to attend High Holiday services in another community may make a request for “membership reciprocity" by contacting Hagit Leibowitz at hleibowitz@ohrkodesh.org.

Include the contact information for your synagogue and your Executive Director so we can verify your membership standing.

If you have any questions, please contact OKC's Executive Director, Monica Saff, at msaff@ohrkodesh.org. All guests and non-members must check in at the High Holidays registration table, where they will pick up name tags for the adults in their group.

Youth Programming and Babysitting Details ​HERE. Please note, registration for youth programming and babysitting, requires a valid Ohr Kodesh online account.
