A Sacred Mitzvah
Just as we celebrate every birth, our community understands the obligations when preparing Jews to return to the dust of the earth. We honor our Chevra Kaddisha for their commitment to their silent, holy work and they invite anyone with an interest in participating to reach out and learn more about the myriad options to participate in this most important mitzvah.
The Chevra Kaddisha (Funeral Practices Committee) helps with funeral preparations and the mourning process. We rely on volunteers to make this possible. Please consider joining our efforts!
