As we approach the first yarzheit of Murray Rottenberg, of blessed memory, we invite you to join for the first annual Rottenberg Memorial Lecture. This Shabbat, June 25, we will gather after Kiddush at 12:30 pm in the chapel & on Livestream. Rabbi Helfand will be teaching a class in memory of Murray entitled:

The Sin of the Spies: Human Error or Divine Plan.

Guided by the teachings of Maimonides, we’ll explore how the story of the 12 scouts may in fact play a more important role in our development as a Jewish people, past, present, and future, than otherwise thought.

Join us for the learning and to hear from Gerri Rottenberg as we honor Murray’s memory as a blessing.
