Join Rabbi Helfand for a new, OKC contemplative service. We will pray together the Shabbat morning service with the help of niggunim (wordless melodies), meditation, breathing exercises, singing, chant, and more. This is a great way to engage in meaningful prayer through meditation, singing, traditional and alternative prayer models. At 9:45 am, please continue to pray with us as we join together with the main service (which begins at the regular 9:00 am time) in the sanctuary for the Torah service. No prior meditation experience required. All who are curious are welcome.
