OKC Men's Retreat 2025

We will be sharing additional information, including a carpool sign up, maps, room assignments and schedules as the retreat approaches.
OKC community members MUST log in to register for this retreat.
Please log into your OKC account before registering to be able to "bill your account." Otherwise, you will need to pay by credit card and will be assessed a 3% fee.

Room Accommodations, Pricing, and Accessibility
Pricing & Accommodations:
Participants will be housed in Nesiya Lodge & Lodge Upper Bet. They have hotel-style rooms with either single or double queen beds and private bathrooms.
Regular Pricing
Single Occupancy - $745/person
Double Occupancy - $545/person
Triple Occupancy - $485/person
Quad Occupancy - $460/person
Each room has 1 or 2 queen sized beds.
- If you choose
single or double occupancy , you are guaranteed a bed all to yourself.
- If you choose
triple occupancy , 2 guests will be sharing a queen bed with another, and one will have a bed to themselves.
- If you choose
quad occupancy, 2 guests will be sharing a queen bed, and the other 2 will be sharing the second queen bed.
Potential Roommates: Please write the names of individuals you want to room with. If you are requesting a particular roommate, please confirm that the person you would like to room with also lists your name on their registration .
