Tikkun Olam / Repairing the World
“It is not your duty to complete the work, but you are not free to neglect it.”
Rabbi Tarfon, Pirkei Avot
As Jews we are forbidden to stand outside the world. We must be in the world to do the hard work of repair.
Whether delivering meals to someone bereaved or welcoming an infant, helping settle refugee families or furnish a shelter, join us as we live God’s command to assist each other and do acts of love and kindness.
Come and join us as we free light into the darkness and work to brighten the world by helping others.
