Shabbat Morning Services & Kids' Groups

Ohr Kodesh is offering two ways to participate in-person for Shabbat morning services, in addition to Livestreaming. Join us, in whatever manner is best suited to your needs.

Services in the Main Sanctuary 9 AM

Join Rabbi Helfand and Cantor Labovitz in the Main Sanctuary. These are the guidelines:

  • Attendance is limited to 275 people.
  • No check-in or temperature check.
  • Masks are required for anyone 2 years old and older.
  • Social Distancing (seating separation, by household) will be maintained.
  • Children and adults are able to move freely in and out of the Main Sanctuary and Lobby areas.
  • Normal services, with the exception of modified Torah Hakafot (taking the Torah around the sanctuary), will be conducted.
  • Registration is encouraged to assist in planning. SIGN UP HERE.

Please note, we expect that if you are experiencing any COVID symptoms or have reason to believe you have been exposed to COVID, you will stay home and follow all guidance offered by your doctor and/or the CDC.

Outdoor Minyan 9:45 AM

Lay-led services on the outdoor patio, weather permitting. These are the guidelines:

  • There will be no limits on the number of people who can attend.
  • No check-ins or temperature checks.
  • At all activities where children 12 years old and younger may be in attendance, we ask that everyone continue to mask. Masking when children are present, even if optional, will help to continue to fulfill our responsibility to protect them until they are able to receive their vaccinations. Adults, by modeling good masking practice, will help our kids do the same.
  • Hand sanitizer, disposable masks and water will be available, if people need (but we strongly encourage everyone to please bring your own).
  • Registration is encouraged for planning purposes. SIGN UP HERE

Please note, we expect that if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have reason to believe you have been exposed to COVID, you will stay home and follow all guidance offered by your doctor and/or the CDC.
