Celebrate Jewish Book Month with a conversation between Esther Goldenberg, author and educator, and Ellen Elow-Mintz, book group facilitator. Esther is the author of The Desert Songs Trilogy. They will discuss her writing and what inspired her to bring new voices to familiar stories and people.

Esther’s first book, The Scrolls of Deborah, introduces us to the other people, especially the women, who help fill the world of our ancestors. Her second book, Seventeen Spoons, is a new exploration of Joseph’s journey. And get a sneak peek at The Song of the Blue Bird, the completion of the trilogy that tells of the only Israelite mentioned as going out of Egypt and into the promised land.
