Ohr Kodesh's Madrichim play a crucial role in supporting our young people on Shabbat mornings, during ABRS, and in social programming. Madrichim are invited to attend a workshop on Differentiated Needs, exploring how diverse abilities and skills can help children learn successfully. The training will cover communication, language, processing, and how students' needs can differ, as well as how to address these needs effectively. 

The training will be led by Meirav Steinlauf and Mia Kaufman.

Pizza will be provided; registration is required.

Madrichim who participate in this training will receive an additional $2 to their hourly compensation. Madrichim will need to participate to receive additional compensation.
